The Updated Cat!!

Hey Guys! Sorry I haven't posted stuff in a while I have been super busy! You all remember my cat/kitten Fritz, right? Well, he has been getting a bit mischievous lately. Last week, we walked upstairs and when I went to the bathroom I looked over and their was Fritz! It was so funny because he thought he was in trouble.Anyway, we got him one of those scratching post bed things and he has been LOVING it!! He has also been a lot more sleepy lately.I can tell that he hasn't liked the snow that much so far.I walked over to the backdoor yesterday to let Fritz in and I saw him laying down on the railing of the outside stairs sleeping! It was so funny. I will try to do some more posts later but in the meantime I wanted to ask you guys a favor. For those of you that come here often can you maybe add some comments so I know how you like it? Also, While adding a comment you can put requests on their and I will consider taking them and putting up a blog about your idea. Talk to you guys later!!

Top 3 Chilly Summer Snacks!

This summer I did some experimenting and made some awesome chilly ( but healthy ) summer snacks! The first one is a fun treat to make, Its called Frozen CPBB bites AKA Peanut Butter, Bananas, and chocolate!It is Delicious! First, peel and slice the bananas until each one is about 2 or 3 inches. Next, Freeze Bananas for 30 minutes. After frozen, take the Peanut Butter and spread on the banana. You can choose to do just Peanut Butter on one or just do Chocolate! Freeze Bananas for another half hour.Enjoy! This one is called Banorange Smoothie! First peel bananas and put them in the blender, then take canned mandarin oranges and put in 1/4 of a cup of madarin oranges and the juice into the blender ( 1/4 of a cup of juice ) Add 3 cups of and and Blend. Pour into cups and enjoy! The last chilly treat is called Fruit delight. First, pour apple juice into ice molds 3/4 of the way up. Then, chopped of some fruit into very small pieces and add a few into each mold. Put into the freezer until firm! They at fruitastic! Have fun creating these chilly summer treats!

Snakes: Pit Vipers

Have you ever seen a creepy-crawly like this? I haven't,these species are highly toxic. Their fangs fold to the roof of their mouth when NOT striking.Their fangs are hollow,long, and erectile! Their scales are often found as brown,black, or white. The Pit Vipers have developed a special organs of heat reception. This helps them tell if that animal is warm-blooded. These amazing slithering creatures are found in North and South America, and Asia. There are no Pit Vipers in Alaska,Delaware,Hawaii, and Maine. Pit vipers have rattles just like rattlesnakes.Pit Vipers are very dangerous creatures and have fatal venom! I hope you have learned a lot about Pit Vipers! Have an awesome summer!

Kit Kittredge: An American Girl

Today I saw Kit Kittredge an American girl movie. It was an adventurous story that any girl would enjoy. Kit is a 10 year old year that lives in the 1930s' also when The Great Depression happened. In this movie, Kit enjoys writing articles on her typewriter. Every day, when her father comes home she gives the articles to her father when he gets home from work. Kit hopes to become a news reporter. Kit's older brother Charlie went away to find work to send money back home to help. He joined a group called the "CCC", it helps build roads and construction work. One of Kits Best friends is Ruthie Smithens. Her father owns the bank in Cincinnati, Ohio.
During the movie, Kits mother decides to take in borders for money. They help around the house and get to sleep there. Along with the borders comes two hobos, Will and County. They help around the house and are good friends of Kits. You would think that County is a little boy in the movie but at the end, Will shows County is a little girl. Will pretended that County was a boy for protection. In this movie their is a robbery by someone, but you'll have to watch the movie to find out! Kit Kitterdge: An American Girl is a great historical movie, you learn about why they would save everything they have and all sorts of stuff about the 1930s'. If you have seen the other two American Girl movies, you'll be sure to love this one too! Have fun this summer!

Have Fun In the Sun!

For most people summer is their fave season. You go to the pool, hang with friends , and do LOTS of fun stuff. But make sure when you are at the pool to wear sunscreen. It works best in spray-ons( make sure it is SPF-30 or more ). I went to the pool the other day and I got my courage up to jump off the high dive,( 10 meters high=30 feet! ) I froze when I got to the top so a lifeguard came up and said " On the count of 3 we will jump" so she was like 123 real quick and i jumped in. It is so much fun once you have done it a lot of times!Also, a lot of people go to the beach in the summer, ( watch out for jellyfish people) I don't go to the beach that often but I have always wanted to learn to surf, it looks like a lot of fun!

My Summer!!

I just finished school so I am swimming and all that FUN stuff! Also, since I do gymnastics my mom and I are going to watch The Olympic Trials. If you are familiar with Gymnastics then you may have heard of Shawn Johnson or Anastia Luikin. When I am there I am going to try to get some autographs. Also, during the summer I am going to a Horse and Art Camp. You get to take care of horses for 1 week , groom it, and of course learn how to ride it. Last year, we made really cool scrapbooks using pictures from that week. It's flip-flop season so I have been painting my nails lately. My favorite colors are blue, pink, orange, and green. As you can tell from the picture, I love to shop! Last week, when I made trip to the mall,I Stopped in at Build-A-Bear, and made a dog that I named FiFi. But Don't worry boys, we didn't forget about you. There is a new store called Ridemakerz where you pick out a kind of car the can add accessories. I always make sure i get LOTS of friends over. If you ever get bored during the summer, be creative and do something fun. Also, I will have a list of fun things to do in a few days. Have a Great Summer!

Have you ever heard of Webkinz? If you haven't it is a safe virtual online world where you can interact with your webkinz. When you get your first Webkinz, you go online to the Webkinz website and create an account. Once you have done that you will get 3000 Kinzcash which is Webkinz money. Then, you can design a room. You are able to buy stuff at the W-Shop. Every day you have daily activities, you can spin the wheel of wow by pressing a button and earning a prize, you can do the wishing well where you press a button then pictures come up to earn money. ( cherries, monkeys, apples etc.) and finally you can search for gems in the curio shop. If you go to the clubhouse you can chat with other Webkinz lovers using the pre-made chat bar. ( not where you type what you would like to say ) Each month they come out with 2-4 new Webkinz and there is a pet of the month. If you adopt the pet of the month in that month, you get a special bag with lots of fun stuff in it. I like Webkinz because it teaches you how to take care of pets and how to spend your money wisely. Webkinz is very safe and fun! I hope you learn to take care of them too. See you soon!!

Taking care of kittens

A few months ago I got a kitten, we named the kitten Fritz. He is orange and white and 4 months old. He is a very sweet cat and has slept with me every single night since we got him. A few days later I noticed he was getting more and more comfortable outside. At first I was worried he would run away but then I gained his trust. I now let Fritz outside in the morning and let him come in at night. I also learned that is was a big responsibility.You have too feed it, clean out the litter box, and make sure it has water and lots of love! When you get a kitten make sure that the one you picked out is sweet and not mean. You can check this by when you are picking out your kitten or cat ask an employee if you can hold it. If it starts hissing it is probably either scared or not very nice. If the kitten or cat is not hissing then it is probably a sweet cat/kitten. But remember, the cat/kittens real personality wont come out until you get it home and it gets comfortable. My kitten Fritz is a very good mouser he has caught 3 mice and 1 bird so far. The good thing about you having a kitten is their will not be as many mice or other small animals around your house as much. What is good about having cats is they are very independent they clean their fur, they find their own food outside ( still feed they regular food though ) and they don't have to be let outside so they can use the bathroom. I like cats - well, all animals - and polkadots are cool! That is how I came up with the name The Purrfect Polkadot.
